# Users

What is , How to Use & Things to Pay Attention

Upon logging in to Loadium, you can access the **Users** page by selecting the **Team Members** card on the **Dashboard**. This page provides detailed information about your current subscription plan and related account options. Alternatively, you can navigate to the same page by clicking the profile icon in the upper-right corner and following the **Account → Users** path.

The **Users** page allows you to manage the users registered under your company account. From this page, you can add users who are authorized to access your account and manage their roles and permissions.

### **Add User**

You can add additional users to your company account by clicking the **Add User** button. Enter the required user information and select the appropriate role, then click **Send Invitation** to complete the invitation process. An invitation link will be sent to the specified email address, allowing the invited user to join your company account.

You can manage existing users by clicking the **Edit** button next to the relevant user. From there, you can change the user's role or remove the user from your company account.

### Roles & Permissions

#### **Administrator**

* Has full access to all features.
* Can create, run, and manage tests.
* Can manage company users and their roles.
* Can manage subscription settings.

#### **User**

* Can create, run, and manage tests.
* Can access test sessions and reports.
* Cannot manage company users.
* Cannot manage subscription settings.

#### **Viewer**

* Has read-only access.
* Can view tests, sessions, reports, and the Wiki.
* Cannot create, edit, or run tests.
* Restricted pages display an **Access Denied** message.
