Creating Your First Test
Let’s take a brief look at how to create a JMeter, Gatling, HTTP and Selenium based performance test with Loadium. Once you are logged in, you can find the options to create your test from the “New Test” section.

JMeter Test

Apache JMeter is an open- source tool that supports many protocols like HTTP, JDBC, LDAP, FTP, etc. Creating a JMeter test is the main feature of Loadium which supports all the key features of JMeter. In order to create a JMeter based test, you should select this option.

Gatling Test

Gatling is an open- source performance testing framework based on Scala, Akka and Netty. You can simply upload your Gatling file and desired CSV files to create your test and start testing.

HTTP Test

It is a non-scripted test type. You can create performance tests with Loadium’s web editor. All you need to do is to provide necessary URL’s or a web service endpoint with its headers and body parameters.

WebDriver Test

Selenium WebDriver is a functional test automation library, you can use your Selenium scripts to create performance tests. You can also use Java and Javascript language to create Selenium based performance tests.
